Terms of Service

1. What Kaya is

Kaya is a personal-finance assistant that captures expenses from multiple sources (Apple Pay Shortcut, Telegram, email forwarding, web entry, REST API) and lets you query, reconcile, and report on them. Kaya is operated by Juan E. Venegas as a personal project; it is not a regulated financial service.

Kaya is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running but make no uptime promise. We're not liable for missed expense logging, lost data, or financial decisions you make based on Kaya's reports.

6. Termination

You may delete your account any time (Settings → Account → Delete). We may suspend an account that violates these terms, with at least one prior notice via email except in cases of abuse or legal compulsion.

7. Changes

Material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
